Description

Service Manager with profound Windows L1, L2 and L3 knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Know-how of Windows L1, L2 and L3
  • Ability to work in a team with different tasks and strong focus on costumer
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Working experience in SharePoint is a big plus
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Coordinating internal organisation to ensure service standards and policies
  • Being responsible as first point of contact for day to day business, escalation and customer management
  • Reporting and monitoring document results
