Description
Service Manager - Windows / ServiceNow - L1, L2 and L3 knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Know-how of Windows L1, L2 and L3
- Ability to work in a team with different tasks and strong focus on costumer
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Working experience in SharePoint is a big plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Coordinating internal organisation to ensure service standards and policies
- Being responsible as first point of contact for day to day business, escalation and customer management
- Reporting and monitoring document results
