Position: Workstation Support Analyst

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Requirements:

  • Desktop support experience to include Break/fix and Deployment experience.
  • Technical background with intermediate computer troubleshooting skills.
  • A+ Certification (Required)

Job description:

  • Monitors/updates dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned.
  • Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users' Workstation software and hardware.
  • Tests, troubleshoots, maintains, modifies, validates and documents application packages.
  • Documents configurations and standards so that colleagues can reference similar issues and improve resolution time. Assists other departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Keeps apprised of new technologies related to Workstation support procedures.
