Eximius are working with an international systems integrator who are growing a professional services team for the contact centre technology market in France based out of Paris. They require a number of technical consultants with experience in Genesys products and/or NICE Incontact to join their team.

You will be supporting enterprise level clients across France from the Paris office. The companies medium term plans include expansion across central Europe too. You should be comfortable in a client facing role with regular travel assisting clients implement, upgrade and support their Genesys on NICE products. You must have experience working for a vendor, integrator or potentially various end users on contact centre projects preferably with up to date release experience.

This client will help you achieve certifications if you do not already have them and they will give you an excellent career path with growth opportunities as the business scales in France. You will be supporting well known brand names in their contact centres which will help build a strong professional services career.
