Senior Network Engineer - Cisco, CCNA, CCNP
My client, a large consultancy based in Brussels, are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join for an initial 6 month contract, which is expected to run significantly longer. This position will include the design of new infrastructures, implementing these solutions and assisting the support team during troubleshooting and problem solving.
Most projects will include the below technology:
Cisco WLC
Cisco Virtual WLC
Cisco Lightweight AP
Cisco Autonomous AP
Cisco ISE
Cisco CMX
Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Microsoft IAS/NPS
Technical skills
Degree in Engineering or equivalent training with professional experience
Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
Knowledge of routing and switching principles (minimum CCNA level)
Cisco WiFi Certification:
- CNNA Wireless
- CNNP Wireless
- CCIE Wireless (optional)
Optional product knowledge:
- Understanding of RADIUS
- Understanding of RF Design
- RF Troubleshooting
- Wireless Troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls
