For on our big clients we are looking for a:

Service Desk Analyst in Helsinki

Desktop troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Strong in Communication skills and inter personal skills.
  • Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
  • Should have experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
  • Hands on experience on VPN troubleshooting skills
  • Exposure to handling US calls.
  • Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
  • Should possess' good communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.

Location: Helsinki

Duration: up to 2 years

Languages: fluent in English, fluent in Finnish and/or Swedish
