Service Desk Analyst in Helsinki
Desktop troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong in Communication skills and inter personal skills.
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
- Should have experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
- Hands on experience on VPN troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to handling US calls.
- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
- Should possess' good communication skills.
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
Location: Helsinki
Duration: up to 2 years
Languages: fluent in English, fluent in Finnish and/or Swedish
