Ericsson RAN LTE Optimisation Engineer
Our client a specialist in the Optimisation, QoS and QoE arena are searching for a RAN Optimization expert with good knowledge of Ericsson vendor products. Working with the customer engineering team you will bring many years Optimisation experience.
Objective:
- Senior 4G RAN expert
- Expertise in VoLTE optimization activities
- Knowledge transfer to the teams in the client
- Ericsson vendor
Requisites:
- 7-10 years of Mobile network optimization experience 3G & 4G*
- Experience in LTE/VoLTE networks
- Deep knowledge of vendors tools and equipment in: ERICSSON
- Advanced 4G & VoLTE troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge of VoLTE parameters and processes (SRVCC, CSFB)
- Results oriented with focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Be autonomous in customer environment (experience in LATAM operators valuable)
- Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
- Spanish is a must
