Description
I am looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support on behalf of a global solutions provider. You will be based on site at One of their End Clients in Gent, Belgium.
Role Responsibilities:
- To provide 2nd and 3rd Line Infrastructure Support to 400+ retail outlets, warehouse facilities and customer contact centres; all field based support
- Based in an ITIL environment, you will be providing Incident, Request and Problem management including, but not limited to, incident/request/problem ownership, monitoring, and tracking
- Provide regular communication with the End Customer to advise of the progress of tickets, incident investigation and diagnosis.
- Provide a mix of support for business as usual operations, project deployments, and preventative maintenance including, but not limited to Windows Server, Hyper-V, Dell Compellent, and Exchange.
