System Administration / IT Support wanted for our Luzern based client in the technological sector.Your experience/skills:
- Computer scientist with proven professional knowledge as an ICT system specialist
- Practical and profound experience with SAP
- Ability to act as a 1st 2nd and 3rd level support
- Good organisational and communication skills with a detail orientated and structured work style
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assuring the monitoring of the running application operation as well as removing faulty system states
- Processing of application malfunctions and errors triggered by system users or messages, performing routine data cleansing and data maintenance functions on behalf of customers
- Creating customer-specific evaluations or statistics with key figures on business transactions and performing coordination tasks between application users and IT departments
- Collaborating in project groups regarding the maintenance and further development of interfaces between different applications
- Managing the documentation required for application operation such as operating manual, user manual and instructions
