QA Specialist Compliance (m/f)

Main tasks:
- SOP maintenance and related trainings
- Risk analysis (will keep the driving seat and the record, even of course can always involve other employees depending of the process being analyzed)
- Handling of document & records & annual review report
- Internal and external audits
- Keeping the contact with contracted-qualified logistic partners (for GDP topics)
- Hosting of inspections and also hosting of customer audits (together with the corresponding TSSS)
- Change control management (changes promoted by DCS)
- Organization of the change control (changes arriving from manufacturers)
- Final evaluation of qualification of new customers – products – suppliers
- Final approval (second reading) of Q-Agreements promoted by customers; taking driving sit (as CC) of Q-Agreements promoted by DCS
- Regular follow up of new publications issued by Swiss and EU Health Authorities (to verify and plan on due time if any action is required because changes in GXP and related legal environment)
Main qualifications
- Understanding of pharma business legal environment (QA, GDP). Needs to provide a certain experience on the domain (at decision-making level)
- Proactively attitude for keeping open communication with suppliers, customers and other team members.
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP
- Fluent in German and English
