Description
As the EUC Specialist you will be a highly technical individual needing a strong understanding of Microsoft services in a Terminal Server/Citrix and Fat Client environment and the management of devices through MDM.
The EUC Specialist will have the capability to communicate effectively with cross discipline teams including architects, networks and developers to deliver the best possible solutions.
You will have strong background in multiple technology spheres including Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365, Desktop/mobile device management toolsets, Windows 7 and 10 platforms, AV and remote deployment tools like SCCM.

- Windows Server 2016

- Citrix Provisioning services
- VMWare 6.5
- VMware NSX
- App-V
- F5 Big IP
- SQL Server in a highly available configuration.
- Exposure to CAS/NCSC compliance.
- Production of detailed/low level designs.
- Management of 3rd party vendors
Strong collaboration and team working skills are essential
- A BSc Degree in Computer Science or a related field - 2:1 and above
- PowerShell Scripting - management of commands outside of GUI
- Build Automation
- Microsoft Estate expertise in managing devices on various builds and platforms
- Hands on management and support of various Desktop and mobile devices in an enterprise organisation
- MCSA in Windows 10 or Mobility
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Agile development environment
- Familiarity or exposure to ITIL
- Good English communications skills in both written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels with Internal and External Client/Stakeholders of the business
