Urgent requirement for a fantastic project based in Amsterdam for a EUC Touch Support Technician

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Assigned Tasks - Complete tasks assigned related to the support and troubleshooting of Desktop hardware/software, output devices and store/field office. Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft patch management product Troubleshoot/support printes, including networked printers and print Servers. Maintain associated documentation.
Project Support - Participate ín project related to Desktop hardware/software, output devices and store/field office Technologies. Including hardware deployments and imaging using SCCM.
Proactive Support Initiatives - Engage customers and evaluate System and devices in an effort to prevent incidents related to Desktop hardware/software output devices and store/field office.
Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering Workgroups
Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system
Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
Order or buy computer systems and coordinate with purchase and supplies department.
Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.

Skills Needed

Fluent English and Dutch language knowledge
* Working knowledge/experience in supporting operations and interacting with customer/user/vendors
* Should have the knowledge of Multi-vendor environment - should be min 4-5 years experienced in the given area
* Good monitoring, communication, coordination, analytical, documentation skills
* Experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ITSM tool (Service Now), SharePoint
* Experience in continuous improvement projects. Ability to identify gaps in process and operations and recommend improvements to customer
* Understanding of the importance of quality and focuses to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
* Understanding of global culture and ability to work with diverse teams
* Self-motivated, flexible and driven to achieve superior results
