IT Support Engineer
A fantastic long-term mision with a leading clients located in Paris, France. We are in need of an experienced IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Level) who can speak French fluently. This mission is for 18 -24 months. The ideal start date is mid-end of November 2018 but flexible for the rigth IT Support Engineer.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for;
- Maintain agreed service levels and deadlines
- Support end-users on any issues related to Hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile devices) and introduction of new services
- Support Data centre Operation and Networks operation by providing touch services when requested
- Plan, prepare and document of maintenance activities (such as hardware firmware, software upgrades and project roll out).
- On call duties as required
The IT Support Engineer should have the following:
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT
- Experience in IT hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile devices etc.)
- Experienced in 1st/2nd line support including all IT Hardware
- Native or Fluent French is a must, including good English
