- Webcasting
- CMR WebEx (video enabled WebEx)
- IM&P (Jabber/Skype) federation
- Full video conferencing integration
- Full WebCasting integration
- Define and implement future IM&P strategy
- Immersive Telepresence integration
- Cisco HCS (Voice cloud service) migrations
Main qualifications
- Basic knowledge regarding Cisco Video endpoint portfolio (C and SX codecs, DX, IX and Webex room series devices)
- Basic knowledge of Cisco VCS and TMS
- Basic knowledge of Cisco Webex
- Some experience with cloud phone solutions such as Cisco HCS but at least familiar with fundamental telecommunication concepts
- Familiar with networking and security concepts
- Experienced with support activities to manage 3rd party vendors
