My client in Luxembourg is looking for an ITIL Expert - Work Stream Leader

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
High-level Mission:
Increase the efficiency and maturity level of the IT Organization by implementing standard ITIL processes and business interfaces; start building the lessons-learned, self-optimizing mind-set of the IT Organization. Overall responsibility for managing the IT Operations work stream of the Cortland Infrastructure Integration Program
The mission will include and is not limited to:
* Setting-up standard, ITIL-Compliant IT processes
* Defining standard IT-to-business interfaces
* Defining global service desk strategy
* Introducing KPIs to IT Operations
* Optimizing IT organization structure
* Managing RfP for the Service Desk provider/providers selection process
* Managing work stream on the day to day basis
Methodology/Technology scope:
- ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge
- Ms Visio
- Ms PowerPoint
Profile:
Extensive experience from managing IT Operations for an international company; 3 years minimum, 5+ years desirable
Experience with managing IT Support organization for at least 3 years
Experience with KPI settings and measurements
Experience with building and motivation of successful teams
Self-Driven person with excellent communication skills
