Rate: Very competitive, depending on experience
Duration: 1 year (extendable)

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and supervising test plans and schedules as well as executing the tests accordingly. Reporting the corresponding test results. This also includes associated ITB development plans, test and schedules.
- Conducting tests to verify integration of NATO and national BMD efforts (Ballistic Missile Defence program).
- Performing engineering simulations as well as full system verification and validation tests. Occasionally, support for use by NATO Military Authorities for training and exercising NATO BMD capabilities.
- Taking part in test events, evaluate test outcome and verify BMD architecture requirements.
- Reviewing results of testing and verification of NATO BMD system and ITB as NATO BMD architecture reaches high levels of capability.
- Identifying testing issues and offering resolution paths accordingly.
- Providing professional and technical contribution in creation, development and management related to all aspects of verification, test, integration and validation processes of missile defence systems.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a current NATO security clearance or UK SC
- Ideally, have recent experience of NATO projects. Knowledge of Air Command and Control System Theatre Missile Defence will be advantageous
- Have a good understanding of NCI Agency (NATO Communications and Information Agency), their processes and procedures, especially test issue resolution process
- Extensive experience in communication architectures, networks, and their security
- Extensive experience in development and/or acquisition of distributed interactive network simulations, directly or indirectly related to missile defence systems, battle management command and control system components, interceptor system components, surveillance system components or elements thereof
