Description
Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Storage and Virtualization Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Deploying and managing VMware vSphere, Horizon View and other VMware solutions.
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service updates, patches and hot fixes
- Provide level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Skills required:
- Extensive administrative experience in VMware virtual infrastructure
- Hands on experience deploying VMware vSphere, Horizon view in an asset or wealth management company.
- Experience deploying VMware solutions.
- Broad datacenter understanding and experience across disciplines, including Linux, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Storage systems and Cisco UCS Platform
