IT Support Engineer
I have a very good opportunity within a leading automotive company for an experienced End User Support Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer who can speak French fluently. This mission is for 12months +, located in Antwerp, Belgium. The start date is 4th February 2019.
The IT Support Engineer should ideally have the following;
- At least 2 years of experience in End user/Desktop Support
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 7 and above
- Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
- Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
- Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Windows Servers (Win2003 & Win2008) and different role like Print, File, DHCP, DNS Servers etc.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in remote troubleshooting
- Knowledge on iPad/iPhone configuration
- Knowledge to support Video conference
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with good English
