Description

IT Support Engineer

I have a very good opportunity within a leading automotive company for an experienced End User Support Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer who can speak French fluently. This mission is for 12months +, located in Antwerp, Belgium. The start date is 4th February 2019.

The IT Support Engineer should ideally have the following;

  • At least 2 years of experience in End user/Desktop Support
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 7 and above
  • Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
  • Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
  • Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on Windows Servers (Win2003 & Win2008) and different role like Print, File, DHCP, DNS Servers etc.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on iPad/iPhone configuration
  • Knowledge to support Video conference
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, with good English
