Main tasks:
- Guarantee smooth execution and operability for Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) serialization activities through Global Contract Manufacturing Organization
- Drive CMO serialization issues resolution ensuring Supply continuity for Global Contract Manufacturing Organization
- Collaborate and drive, with Business and IT, in change activities to keep Serialization through Global Contract Manufacturing Organization aligned with Serialization Program
Main qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or IT, or related relevant experience
- Profound experience in Pharma GxP environment
- Solid knowledge in Pharma serialization related activities (Operations, Supply, Engineering, IT)
- Solid experience relationship with technical or IT services providers
- Agility in dealing and communicating with cross-matrix and highly structured organizations
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a variable business scenario
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance required
- Customer Oriented working behaviour
- Easy to work with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Operations, Supply, Quality, Engineering)
- English (German is a plus)
