ESB engineer - Amsterdam, Netherlands
ESB engineer very urgently required for a contract portion with a major client in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
we are looking for an all-round supporter of the Enterprise Serial Bus (based on IBM Integration Bus technology) of a large financial institute. Besides from a basic technical skill, we are looking for a strong communicator, who can build bridges between operations and development teams who want to deploy fast. Strong personal skills are required to team-up with the development teams and work together on implementing what is possible, blocking implementation that are harmful and in the same time work collectively on alternatives.
Activities
- Support (IPC including stand-by)
- Assess and execute Releases
- Participate in the events of 5 Scrum teams in order to reach the optimum result (consultancy).
Skill:
- UNIX (expert knowledge)
- ESB (preferable IBM IB) (expert or basic knowledge)
- Database/database connections (basic knowledge)
Profile:
- Team player who can work in self directing teams
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Used to working in an Agile environment
- Creative but no Cowboy
