Description
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Monitoring Administrator to join their team based in Spain. The Monitoring Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the client infrastructure. Perform task in relation to maintenance of Windows OS. Provide standby services.
Key Responsibilities/duties:
1. Monitoring infrastructure, ensuring that it is stable, up to date.
2. Develop ad-hoc monitors
3. Extend the current infrastructure and/or implement a new infrastructure
4. Provide "stand-by" services on a rotation basis
5. Identify and troubleshoot known problems and document solutions
Key skills required:
1. Experience in SCOM within large organisations
2. Experience with HP NNMi Nagios and GSX for Domino
3. Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, SharePoint and SQL
4. Fluent English (written and oral)
Location: Spain
Duration: 6 months (extensions likely)
Rate: Negotiable
