Role - Senior Voice Engineer
Duration of contract: 9 months and may be extendable

(Roles and Responsibilities)
. The On-site Senior Voice Engineer to support customer Voice and Telephony environment in EMEIA
. This person must have expert knowledge of VoIP, SIP and TDM troubleshooting techniques, traffic engineering, experience interpreting complex SIP call flows and translate this information to Management and the business.
. Knowledge of SIP, SS7, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, Scripting.
. Knowledge of Oracle (Acme Packet) - Session border Controller (SBC), Configuration, Troubleshooting, Administration, Design, Implementation
. Expert in troubleshooting complex SIP Issues
. Ability to clearly explain SIP Routing Strategies to All layers of Management
. Knowledge of Layer 2, QoS
. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
. Ability to learn new topics with minimum supervision and at a fast pace
. Ability to work within a dynamic team
. Diligent and responsible approach with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
. Ability to direct and supervise work of others and operate in a team environment
Soft skills:
. Should be self-motivated, must be able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.
. Should be able to interact with onsite and offshore teams.
. Must have good oral/written communication skills and pay high attention to detail
. Should be available for immediate deployment.
