Unix/Linux Systems Engineer
Job description:
* Create, automate, provision and deploy Linux/UNIX based operating systems/applications rapidly and at a very large scale on both physical and virtual platforms
* Ensure system stability, scalability, security and performance
* Daily administration tasks around Linux/Unix OS, LVM administration, Patch management, User and security administration, Cron job management, Shell Scripting, Printer management and Performance monitoring/tuning
* Operate, monitor and maintain Linux/Unix infrastructure to include provisioning, incident troubleshooting w/resolution, and availability
* Maintain systems by applying operating system updates, firmware packages, and security patches
* Provide Unix/Linux systems administration, which includes user administration, application support, preventative maintenance, backup, and recovery, and system automation through Scripting as required
* Create and maintain accurate documentation for storage and server hardware environment, procedures, topologies, and configurations
* Maintain storage and server system components in compliance with supporting vendor requirements
* Create and maintain technical documentation surrounding infrastructure environment
Required skills:

Working language: Advanced proficiency level of English language is mandatory, language knowledge in Swedish beneficial.
