One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Niveau 2 Operational Support Consultant.

Please find some details below:

Description:

- Tchat quotidien avec le trading desk repo: répondre dans un délais de 5 minutes au demandes urgentes du Front Office concernant les problématiques settlements sur tous les marché couverts.

- Analyse de problématiques: logger les demandes du trading desk et analyser celles-ci chaque semaine ligne par ligne afin de mettre en place un plan d'action sur les grandes root cause.

- Rapport quotidien au Front Office sur les fails et résolution de ceux-ci.

- Support opérationnel de 2ème niveau (Operational support of 2nd level)

- Support sur la trésorerie (Treasury support)

- Projet concernant l'automation (Automation project)
