Description
Scientist with profound cell culture knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or education as a lab assistant
- General understanding of antibiotic free culture and culture maintenance, such as flasks, bags and dishes
- Competency of analytical assays like cell count, viability, morphology and FACS
- Know-how of large scale equipment and quick learning, such as isolation of a specific cell type in large scale and through tissue dissection
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, Tibco Spotfire is a plus
- Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for cell culture and cell isolation activities for process development utilising human primary cells
- Taking care of the entire cell process from start to finish after cell culture and gene-modification
- Analysing large and small scale experiments
- Working in a BSL2 environment and following required standards
- Generating graphs and data tables for presentations
