Description:
The service is in charge of:
To guarantee the end-to-end functioning of mobile and convergent services
- Integration and configuration of new service platforms
- The validation of the good functioning of the new versions of the service platforms
Participate in Calls for tenders and choice of solutions/suppliers
Contribute to the drafting of Technical Annexes and Contract Award Protocol,
Providing the necessary technical and professional support and expertise across the board and facilitating decision-making
Validate the technical deliverables,
Write, present and update the Test Strategy for Service Improvement Projects, directly related to the Project Manager,
Write the books and test strategy (QC tool), production strategy,
Conduct or follow UAT/OSAT and load and perfs tests
Prepare and present the validation report,
Provide support in the performance qualification phase
Provide support for testing methods and investigations
Provide troubleshooting and bug tracking on Testbed and Production (Level Support 3) systems.
Ensure validation of evolution projects:
- Review and take into account the technical specifications and scoring note.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the validation strategy, including risk analysis.
- Run tests in test and/or production environment.
- Investigate and analyze the detected anomalies, and follow them until their resolution.
- Constitute and evolve the test heritage.

Wireshark Trace Tools & Simulators APIs and Web Services of the type Soapui, JMeter
