Project Management and Methodology Prince 2 Support ITIL Technical knowledge.
SIP, VoIP, ToIP ISDN IP network QoS Products Unify, Genesys (interactive intelligence), Cisco (network).
Description of work:
Participate in the analysis of telephony adaptations in the context of software integrations (customer-CRM repository, ticketing tools, Outlook, Skype).
Able to write business analysis documentation propose architecture and configurations run tests write the support procedures track installations.
