Description
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Service Desk Specialist to join a company close to Rotterdam.
Qualifications include:
- Good understanding of the whole IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of windows operation systems for work desks & windows environment
- Experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Technical organisation and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with ITIL
- Good communication skills and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in the Dutch & English language
