Service Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Technical expert and point of contact for internal customers regarding service aspects
- Installation and commissioning of instruments
- Autonomous troubleshooting and logging of hardware and software issues
- Deployment and servicing of various instruments and their configurations
- Support of global development trials
Main qualifications
- Academic degree in technical engineering or life sciences discipline (e.g. medical devices, electronic/automation, mechatronics) or completed apprenticeship as an automation, poly, electronics technician or similar or corresponding job experience
- Advanced German and good English language skills
- Solid PC skills
- Sound knowledge of network technology
- Proven expertise in the resolution of technical problems and in interdisciplinary teamwork (laboratory, software, automation)
- Experience in and/or willingness to work in a highly regulated industry and in labs with biosafety levels S1 and S2
