Description

For our client in Dusseldorf, we are currently looking for a Senior Digital Architect for Logging and Monitoring (m/ f/ d)

Start: ASAP
End: 30.6.2019 + possible extension
Volume: fulltime
Location: Munich (Germany) and Iasi (Romania)
Remote: approx. 1 day per week
Project language: English, German nice to have

Project background and tasks
- Project work at major business and IT program to reinvent and digitize the cross-regions sales business
- Have an integral role in the overall program to increase the consciousness for the operations value of adding telemetry already during the development process
- Collaborate within a scaled agile project organization with miscellaneous DevOps teams
- Collect, analyze and align the technical and functional requirements of logging and monitoring
- Support the designing process of the central logging and monitoring concept for the whole platform
- Strongly cooperate with our central team for operational intelligence

Required Skills
- Knowledge of general logging, monitoring and integration concepts and methods such as data classification and data privacy assessments
- Data privacy, audit and information security experience required
- Desirable practical experience within one or more monitoring solutions (e.g. Splunk) as well as logging frameworks (e.g. Log4J)
- Profound application integration know-how preferred
- Must be highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team player with agile mindset
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
