Key Skills Required:

? Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
? Good documentation skills
Experience with VMWare 5.5 hypervisor products.
? Should have an excellent customer handling skills
? VMWare Infrastructure Administration and management with vRealize and VxRail knowledge
? Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades
? Performance tuning of ESX server. Document support processes
? Interact with Service desk supervision team for Verification of solutions. Maintain Compliance with
Corporate Security Policies.
? Security Policies: Work together with the security team, identify the server venerability issues and
resolving them
? Responsible for restoration of data. VMware ESX (from version 2.5 to the latest release)
? Proficient on VMware technologies like: -VMware High-Availability, VMware Vmotion, VMware DRS,
? Provide 2nd level systems support
? VCP, (Essential), ITIL (Would be added advantage)
