Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine PMO (w/m/d)Goals:
GD PMO is the central reporting and quality assessing unit of the entire program portfolio with high visibility on MD level. PMO 2 role within the GD PMO is a subject matter expert supporting timely and quality assessed execution of all standard reporting activities and and providing in-depth analysis.
Tasks Responsibilities
- Status Tracking of Projects (status, progress tracking, risks and dependencies, financials)
- Definition of specifications for the standardization of data filling (planning guidelines)
- Support of project portfolio reporting on MD/Board level
- Processing ad hoc enquiries/project deepenings
- Conducting coordination meetings and reviews
- Clarification with stakeholders, dependent/supplying projects
- Data Analysis
- Support for focus projects
- Planning and execution of data cleansing/updating exercises and increasing data quality in Clarity
Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- German fluently and advanced in English
- Experience in international project environment
- Strong analytical background
Methods Tools
- MS-Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint), Clarity, PMO certification (desired)
