Application Support Analyst / Senior Field engineerMy client who is from the largest and most broadly based healthcare companies in the world, is looking for a senior resource to support build and run activities mainly in the domain of Labelling and Serialization.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily 2nd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration support on request
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Project related support activities
- Develop and maintain the support documentation (SOPs) for all related subjects.
Key requirements
- Experience in Labelling/ Serialization systems and associated processes/requirements, understanding of OIBI or knowledge of Antares applications is an advantage
- Database MS-SQL experience
- Experience in GxP systems and computer System Validation
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (24/7 production)
- Experience in application support (experience in application management is an advantage) in manufacturing - Application Level 2-3 support
- Working knowledge of ITSM
- Languages: German and English fluent
Non Technical Skills and Additional Details
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Methodology/Certification requirements: Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Language proficiencies: - English and German spoken and written;
