Description

My Client is a Leading Swiss Bank with an enviable reputation. Due to some internal growth they are currently seeking a Level 2 Support Analyst for an initial 12 month contract in their Basel offices.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • VIP / Snr Management 2nd Level IT Support (iOS, mobile devices, Windows, SharePoint, Office - Configuration, troubleshooting & training)
  • Supporting the delivery of both internal and outsourced IT Services to internal and external customers according to agreed levels of service
  • Acting as a focal point for customer liaison and providing an effective and efficient interface between IT and its internal customers
  • Driving the efficiency & effectiveness of the incident, problem and request management processes


The successful incumbent will possess knowledge of SharePoint, mobile technology, iOS, Windows OS, MS Office as well as basic knowledge of networking & infrastcurture technologies. At least 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory as would be Fluency in English. Service Now experience would be highly desirable as would fluency in a second major world language.
