AWS DevOps Engineer - CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes | Munich | up to 100EU p/h | April startOptimus Search have partnered with a global investment bank located in the heart of Munich who currently have a requirement for a AWS DevOps Engineer to undertake a 12 month project. They are looking for someone to come in and play a key role in implementation as well as the designing and building or monitoring systems, internal dashboards and several operating platforms. The role is varied in scope and technology, and can entail the development of innovative solutions in the cloud, delivering cloud migration projects, and supporting development teams with DevOps technologies (CI/CD pipelines)
Skills
* Extensive experience with AWS - Ideally SQS, SNS, CloudFront, EC2, RDS, CodePipeline, CloudFormation and ElasticSearch
* Extensive experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experienced with integration tools like Docker, DroneCI, CodePipeline, Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket etc.
* Experience in server, network and application-status monitoring
Responsibilities
* Deploying upgrades and fixes using your AWS skillset
* Maintain existing cloud infrastructure, as well as designing and developing new infrastructure
* Look at existing infrastructure design choices and improve and optimise them
* You will implement automation tools and frameworks i.e CI/CD pipeline
* You will inspect code and consult the development team, providing details reviews to ensure projects are completed on time
