- Contact person for all technical issues regarding all network and IT issues with international key customers
- Ticket and case Management
- Supporter for Network related themes like firewall, switches, WIFI and routers
- Ensuring a smooth technical internal process for all infrastructures
- Fast and pragmatical solution-finding
- Administrative Tasks and testing
Your profile
- Degree in informationtechnology or Engineering or similar vocational education
- Long-term working experience as IT supporter and/or Network Administrator
- High Level of service and customer orientation
- First experience with firewall, switches, router and palo alto are preferable
- Fluent English and German skills
