Service Desk Analyst - SC Cleared
An urgent requirement has arisen for an SC Cleared Service Desk Analyst, to join our customer in Nottingham on an initial 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- 1st/2nd line remote application support
- Provide technical user support for: MS Teams, O365, Exchange and Windows 10
- Monitor support queues and support all issues and questions; providing answers, advice and support in a professional and timely manor
- Administration of internal & external Active Directory
- General Root-cause analysis
