Description

IT Support Engineer - 4-6 months - Deeside (Inside of IR35)

*This tole is inside of IR35 and so will require you to work with one of our umbrella partners*

I am currently looking to speak with experiences IT Support Engineers for an initial 3 month contract role based on site in Deeside.

The successful candidate will be covering all 1st/2nd Support requirements as well as touching on some elements of network support and it's a good opportunity for someone with basic experience in this area to continue their progression.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately and be able to demonstrate hands on experience with the below technologies.

Key Skills

- Working through a Service Desk tool to clear tickets

- Working to agreed SLA

- O365

- WAN/LAN

- AV/Video Conferencing Experience

- Intune - General Mobile Device Support

- ServiceNow

- Outlook/Exchange

- Active Directory

- SCCM

- Windows Server

- Azure

- TCP/IP and DCHP

- VMWare

- ITIL

Desirable

- Basic knowledge of ERP Systems - SAP
