- 4+ years' experience working on SCCM in an enterprise environment
- Ability to manage and maintain:
InTune & Co Management
- Windows Server OS troubleshooting
- SQL server troubleshooting & maintenance
- Software patch management & client support
Additional Skills
- Experience reporting
- Autopilot
- Experience with MDM Platforms
- Intune
- Citrix Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management practices
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
- Systems integration experience
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- SAFe Agile
- Experience in managing requirements in a fast paced and changing business environment.
- Experience of working effectively within a team orientated and collaborative environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
