Description
*Operations Manager (IT Infrastructure)
Support IT leader and business leader on the daily operation and improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
* Lead the communication with local business team for requirement, IT standards, policies and processes, to provide onboard IT training to new employees and other IT training sessions as required
* Align and coordinate with European office with IT standards, policies and process implementation
* IT assets (Hardware, software, mobile device, SIM card, etc) and inventory management
* Deliver and manage IT service request process and delivery process in NL office and other EU office
* Ensures all IT services compliance with IT security policies, EU law and regulation such as GDPR
* Onsite daily operation and client support to end users, such as fix computer issue, troubleshooting in NL office and other EU office
* local infrastructure management, and it might be extend to other EU offices
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualification and skills
* Bachelor of Science degree, and at least 3 years' experience including duties and responsibilities in IT industry
* Strong technical background and knowledge of IT infrastructure and end user service, combined with well-rounded awareness of other IT areas
* Customer and service oriented, ability to meet and exceed their expectations, resolving issues and developing solutions
* Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
* Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to motivate others
* ITIL certificate is required, Microsoft and Cisco certification such as MCSE,CCNA is preferred
* Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
