Description
We are currently hiring for an NPPV3 Cleared Infrastructure Security Test Engineer for an initial 2 months contract assignment. The contract will than turn into a monthly rolling role. This will be a mixed of some remote and there will be 1 - 2 days onsite per week around the Rugby area. The role is outside IR35.

Infrastructure Security Tester
1.Perform tests on network and server equipment. Assist in creating test plans and test cases with the relevant test teams.
2.Install, support and test network equipment not limited to Cisco Catalyst /Nexus 9K Switches, ASR Routers, Cisco
Firepower Firewalls, wireless access points and load balancers.
3.Create new server builds on HP server hardware and ESXi hosts according to defined set of criteria
4.Utilise VMWare VSphere for building virtual machines. Register licences for new VMWare ESXi host Servers
5.Provide the required documentation regarding new server build and patch management processes as part of the transition procedure to Business Support teams.
6.Perform both network and server related tasks at Warwick including other locations within as specified by Warwickshire Police.
- We need a L2 resource as they need someone who can spot security/assurance issues from builds etc.
- Policing experience is needed
