Job Description:
Candidate must have experience in ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum),
- Data Modelling using appropriate industry standards
- Process Modelling using standards such as BPMN

- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
- Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
- Awareness of best practice within business analysis domain, BA Professional qualifications
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and identifies options for consideration.
- Implements business process improvement methods and tools at programme, project and team level in line with agreed standards.
- Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes for BA work and the Life sciences domain
