Our Client is urgently looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst
Location: Cardiff/Working from Home
Contract inside the scope of IR35
Standard day shifts: Mon-Friday
6-month contract initially with a good chance of extension.
Essential:
1. Willing to work in the office in Cardiff once possible
2. Strong 1st line/service desk experience,
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to keep sensitive SLA's
5. Networking experience - ideally CCNA or working toward it.
