Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Support Analyst to join the team on this large global roll-out project. You will be involved in the technical support of Salesforce Commerce/Demandware solutions, including co-ordination of the Support Analysts, configuration, and incident management, as part of a high-quality team working on one of the largest and most exciting E-commerce projects in the world!

Key to this success is their expertise in E-commerce and we are currently looking for an exceptional Senior SFCC Technical Support Analyst to join the team.
As the Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Support Analyst you will have a good technical understanding of Salesforce Commerce/Demandware products and be able to maximize the benefit of the service you help to create.
You will be involved in co-ordination of the Support Analysts, configuration, and incident management, as part of a high-quality team working on one of the largest and most exciting E-commerce projects in the world!

What we are looking for:

*Extensive previous experience in a Technical Support capacity on large, complex environments
*Previous experience supporting Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)/Demandware
*Previous experience within the Retail/E-commerce sectors
*Incident management including SOP creation and Configuration related issues
*Conducting Root cause analysis and minor data fixes
*Experience with a range of technical issues, including Integration, Batch job failures, queue depth, IMS and scalability
*API related issues including service availability
*SFCC/Demandware knowledge on Storefront configurations, shop flow integrations, transaction integrations and business manager
*Coordinate Support Analyst team and manage workloads
*Mentor other Support Analyst and provide leadership to the team
*Ability to provide workarounds and bug fixes
*Excellent communication skills
