Digital Manager/Lead (Social Activity and Interactions)

The Social Activity and Interactions Lead is to support this digital transformation, by assessing the digital needs for all strategic initiatives in terms of Social + Messenger Apps developing critical Business Processes/Consumer Journey and support the IT department in implementing the same.

You will be responsible for driving improvement with the cooperation of all departments who are impacted by the proposed changes.

Social Activity and Interactions (A&PD) supports the design Consumer Journey + experiences within Social + Messenger Apps channels

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Transform business requirements into user stories, Business Designs across various Digital functions - Acquisition, Engagement, Sales, and Retention
  • Adept at applying critical thinking to shape the Business Design in accordance too cross-functional strategy and solutions
  • Facilitate workshops to derive and gather high-level requirements, dependencies and create high level designs + journeys
  • Support Capability Owner to deliver the approved features in accordance too Digital Roadmap and Commercial Strategy
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders - Capability Owner, Design group, IT Architects, IT Development teams and third-party vendors to maintain on-going engagement and clarity of design throughout delivery, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose
  • Manage third-party contractors for Requirement specification, Design workflows and UAT test Cases documentations
  • Provide first level support for Functional testing and coordinate UAT with relevant market/function and take it to closure for activation
  • Deployment of business processes in market
    • Conduct walk-throughs of business processes for the Hubs + markets to explain the capabilities
    • Evaluate all new requests coming from Capability Owner to enhance digital capability map
    • Support Hubs + markets during deployment
  • Support IT and development teams during the build phase and validate the build for each process, by capability, to deliver the platform capabilities in line with the business strategy

Skills needed

  • Strong knowledge of conducting business in a digital world
  • Good knowledge on Digital Marketing concepts, Platforms and Technologies
  • Good understanding or working knowledge of Digital Channels (Web, Social, Messenger Apps - Viber/Line/Whatsapp, etc)
  • Experience of the online Consumer Journey/User story writing and refinement
  • Hands-on experience in crafting Business Design processes and workflows
  • Demonstrable experience working in agile delivery teams, demonstrating agile modelling and documentation techniques
  • Experience with JIRA/confluence or similar tools to manage the product backlog
  • Experience with multi-country rollouts
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels
