Reply is currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Admin to join one of our projects.
- Required Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow as a System administrator/developer
- Experience serving in the role of System administrator
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Responsibilities:
- Help mature an existing ServiceNow BAU function by establishing ways of working, procedures for common activities and engagement model with other departments
- Help upskill and mentor other System Admins and ensure a common way of working
- Day to day system admin functions including configuration, deployments, troubleshooting, addressing user queries, etc.
- Help advise ServiceNow owner in the use and expansion of ServiceNow to automate internal service management processes
