ITSM Developer
Remote with Occasional Site Work in Malvern
6 Month Contract
Inside IR35
£520 Per Day
Responsibilities:
- Application support professional with experience in designing and developing ITSM platforms (in particular Cherwell)
- Work with our Service Operations team to provide configuration and maintenance support to a newly deployed ITSM platform.
- Working alongside service delivery teams to provide day to day support of the platform
- Work with the service design teams to deliver new workflows, enable new modules and help align the platform with business need.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of ITIL frameworks, v3 and potentially v4 and how these relate to ITSM platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Cherwell - through configuration and development, strong knowledge of Back End.
