MS Dynamics 365 Finance Support Analyst
Providing Support Services and some team leadership, responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring environments and alerts and warnings and acting promptly to minimise service downtime and customer impacts, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Planning, supporting, and executing technical changes and configuration
- Contributing to, maintaining and updating the team's knowledge base
- Ensuring all assigned cases are maintained, up to date and resolution details are meaningful and accurate
- Critical assessment of and contribution to project delivery plans to maintain/increase delivery quality, scoping and performing detailed impact analysis
- Providing specialised system configuration, maintenance, and support
- Ensuring clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place, in collaboration with the Team Leader
- Sharing experience and best practice with the team to improve service delivery.
- The role will suit a motivated and enquiring analyst with a desire to help improve processes and transfer knowledge and experience to the wider team.
Technical Experience Required:
- strong technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance support experience,
- SQL Server
- experienced in supporting Azure DevOps, Power Apps, workflows, Logic Apps, Power Automate
- constructive engagement across technology disciplines to implement service improvements.
Desired experience:
- Dynamics 365 CRM, Sales, Marketing and Field Service
- SharePoint
- JavaScript
- C# plugins
The role will be offered on a 6 month engagement with most work being delivered remotely with the expectation that some of the working week will require attendance to the client offices in Norwich. It is predicted that the assignment will fall Inside IR35.
