Description
An urgent requirement has arisen for an Infrastructure Engineer to assist on an initial 2 month contract based in the Warrington area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd/4th line support for several different customers on various projects.
Skills and responsibilities:
- Provide BAU Infrastructure support
- Strong technical skills in: Windows Server 2012R2 - Server 2019; Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Provide Networking/routing support - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Checkpoint/Juniper Firewalls.
- Dealing with escalated 3rd line ServiceNow tickets, providing a problem solving capability.
- Planning in preventative scheduled maintenance including system patching and updates.
