3rd Line BAU Support, Systems Administrator, infrastructure, Hyper-V, Veeam
IT Support Engineer required for a leading business based in West Sussex. The successful candidate will provide 3rd line support to enable a consistent level of IT service to the business that assures infrastructure and system capacity and availability.
Please note: engagement is through Umbrella Company only.
Attendance on site required 1 day per week.
General Responsibilities:-
- Perform day-to-day business as usual operational activities, ensuring scheduled jobs are performed
- Continually monitor and service information systems, including cloud, networking, storage and server infrastructures and implementing technical solutions if needed
- Ensure all services operate within agreed business service levels agreements and report on set KPI's
- Regularly report to management system performance including trending, resource and service issues

- Backup technologies (Veeam)
